Every time the product is shipped, we attach “The Material Warranty Card” to the order. It contains warranty terms & conditions, a seal and signature of an authorized WOODPLAST representative.
Our warranty processing is an absolutely straightforward and transparent procedure that consists of 4 simple steps:
- sign the Warranty Card;
- contact us by phone or email specified in the Warranty Card;
- send a photo of the signed Warranty Card via any messenger or by email;
- receive the confirmation receipt.
The final stage of the warranty processing is the Warranty Card registration in the company internal register, following which the WOODPLAST warranty becomes effective.
