On November 20, our Woodplast factory hosted our first Polish congress — an important day that brought together Bruggan and Legro partners.
Together, we reviewed the results of the past year: what we achieved, how the market has changed, and which conclusions we have drawn. We discussed analytics, strategy, and presented new products for the upcoming season — the solutions we are developing to make Bruggan and Legro even stronger and more attractive.
We also organized a production tour: we demonstrated every stage of the process, explained the technology, the details of profile manufacturing, and how much work stands behind each board. Partners were able to see everything in practice — from granulation to the finished product.
Additionally, we showed how our laboratory works: which tests the materials undergo, how quality-control records are kept, and which studies are performed at every stage. This is the daily, often unseen work that ensures the stability and durability of our products.
In the evening, we enjoyed a warm dinner, a relaxed atmosphere, and many conversations. Meetings like this create a sense of a united, cohesive team and allow us to move in the same direction.
We would love for this to become our tradition — to meet every year in the same friendly, sincere, and professional atmosphere.
