This solution is designed specifically for the two most technically challenging areas of decking: the perimeter edge of the terrace and the front edge of steps.
The problem with standard solutions
When a regular decking board is used as the outer board, the installation groove remains exposed. To hide it, installers usually add a corner trim or an overlay profile.
This approach:
- adds an extra element to the construction

When building steps, installers often need to mill the board or add a metal corner profile. This increases labor time and often reduces the visual precision of the edge.

LEGRO ST140 is a special board designed without the outer mounting groove on the visible side.
Because of this:
- the terrace edge remains clean and finished
- no corner trims are required
- the surface texture remains continuous
- the geometry of the line stays precise
Installation is performed using a starter/finishing clip from below, ensuring hidden fastening without visible screws on the surface.
