Legro Dunes uses a high-strength polymer specially developed for decking boards. The outer layer is firmly bonded to the core — it won’t peel, crack, or fade. This layer also protects against UV, stains, mechanical damage, moisture, and harsh environments. Legro Dunes decking isn’t afraid of high heels, furniture legs, sand, or time.
Cheap Chinese alternatives use generic plastic — inexpensive and unstable. The top layer adheres poorly to the core and can be pried with a fingernail even on a sample. Over time, due to temperature changes or moisture, it peels, cracks, and loses its protective qualities. It fades and traps dirt — after 1–2 seasons, it loses its good appearance.
Inner layer — structure, not compromise
The core of Legro Dunes is made from selected wood flour, stabilized polyethylene, fire retardants, and protective additives. It doesn’t crumble, absorb moisture, or rot. The board retains its shape even through summer heat, winter frost, and heavy loads.
Cheap imitations use loose conifer wood flour and low quality recycled plastic. They lack stabilizers and aging protection — after 2–3 years, your deck will crack and warp.

The top layer is only part of the construction. Without reliable bonding to the core, the right composition, and a stable base — it all becomes meaningless.
