1. Who processes your data

2. What data we collect
Data you provide yourself — through the forms on our website (sample request, question to an expert, partnership enquiry, call-back request):
- name;
- phone number;
- email address;
- company name and city — if you choose to provide them;
- the text of your message or enquiry.
Data collected automatically when you visit the website:
- IP address and approximate location (country, city);
- device, browser and operating system type;
- pages viewed, time and duration of the visit;
- the source that brought you to the site, including UTM tags of advertising campaigns;
- cookies and analytics identifiers.
We do not collect special category data (health, religious or political beliefs and similar) and do not ask you to provide it.

We do not make decisions about you by automated means without human involvement, and we do not use your data for profiling.

- form submissions — up to 3 years from the last contact, unless you ask us to delete them sooner;
- data related to contracts and accounting — for the period required by law;
- analytics data — for the retention periods set by the respective services (usually up to 26 months).

- have inaccurate data corrected or incomplete data completed;
- have your data erased (“right to be forgotten”);
- restrict processing or object to it;
- receive your data in a machine-readable format and transfer it to another controller;

- lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority: in Poland — the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), in Ukraine — the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights, in other EU countries — your local supervisory authority.

The website is intended for adults and professional market participants. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If such data has reached us, please contact us and we will delete it.
