Bruggan Expert connection system

1. Place adjustable pedestals on the prepared substrate and secure aluminum joists in the dedicated top clips of the pedestals. The spacing between pedestal centers when using a 25×40 mm joist is max. 70 cm, and when using a 50×40 mm joist — max. 140 cm.

2. Prepare a 320 mm joist section and install P 10 connectors at both ends.

3. Connect the section to the main joists using P 10 connectors. Insert the connectors into the grooves of the joists and rotate the section by 90 degrees to securely lock the frame structure.

4. Fix the decking boards onto the frame according to the installation guidelines.

5. At longitudinal joist joints, use fastening element P 20.

6. For end-to-end joist connections, it is recommended to use connector P 30. Pedestals must be installed at these points.
