This season has brought us projects that showcase the possibilities of Woodplast composite materials in very different ways – from a cozy private terrace to a premium swimming pool in a residential complex. Each of them proves in its own way that high-quality composite is not a compromise, but a solution that lasts longer and looks better than traditional materials.
A Balance of Beauty and Practicality. Private House, Kraków (Poland)
Legro Natural. Maple
Wood and composite do not compete – they complement each other. In this project, the warm Maple shade of Legro Natural decking blends harmoniously with the wooden decorative elements of the façade, creating a cozy yet modern space around the house.
Here, wood creates the atmosphere, adding warmth and charm to the space. The composite decking, meanwhile, provides durability: it does not require annual painting or treatment, withstands moisture, sunlight and temperature fluctuations, does not crack, and maintains its attractive appearance for years.
The Façade Defines the Character of the Entire House. Private House, Kyiv (Ukraine)
Legro Natural FS 15. Teak
When modern architecture meets innovative materials, the result is a project worth sharing.
That is exactly what happened with this house in Kyiv: the warm Teak shade of Legro Natural FS 15 façade boards blends harmoniously with graphite-colored façade elements, panoramic windows and glass railings.
The vertical lines of the boards emphasize the height of the building and add elegance, creating a clear and distinctive rhythm across the façade. This project demonstrates how Legro façade solutions make it possible to bring bold architectural ideas to life, combining the aesthetics of natural wood with the practicality of a modern material.
An Unconventional Solution for the Pool Area. Private House, Ukraine
Bruggan Elegant. Cream Latte
This project is an example of how attention to detail can transform the perception of an entire space. The terrace is finished with Bruggan Elegant decking in Cream Latte – a calm, warm shade that works perfectly next to water and creates a sense of cleanliness and architectural precision.
But the most interesting feature here is not the decking itself, but the pool surround. Instead of traditional stone, the partner used a 30 cm wide stair profile – an element normally designed specifically for steps, but here it became part of the poolside design.
The solution proved to be not only aesthetically appealing but also practical: this profile is designed to withstand increased loads and intensive use, which is especially important around a swimming pool. The clean edge and precise geometry give the entire project a finished, premium appearance.
Indoor Swimming Pool in a Residential Building. Residential Complex, Spain
Bruggan Multicolor. Sand
Having a private indoor swimming pool in a residential building creates a completely different rhythm of life: a morning swim without the crowds, a warm surface underfoot even in winter, and a sense of tranquility that does not depend on the season.
In this residential complex in Alicante, the area around the swimming pool is finished with Bruggan Multicolor decking in Sand – a warm, natural shade.
Multicolor is a solid composite material in which the color and texture run throughout the entire thickness of the board. This ensures stable performance under conditions of constant humidity, contact with chlorinated or salt water, temperature fluctuations and intensive use. That is precisely why this type of composite is chosen for pool areas, piers and private SPA spaces.
Four Projects, Four Different Challenges, Three Countries – One Common Result. Woodplast composite solutions demonstrate their versatility wherever aesthetics must stand the test of time, water and everyday use.
