Bruggan Expert aluminium patio paving system
A new system from Bruggan, which includes a direct aluminium batten with reinforced self-tapping groove, vibration absorbing tape and three different polymer connectors.
The first connector, P-10, ensures perpendicular joining of the beams.
The second one, (P-20) is used to connect two joists during perpendicular joining of two boards.
And the third (P-30) is designed for joining two aluminium joists.
The Bruggan Expert system simplifies the installation of aluminium structures and reduces the minimum height. It also prevents the use of metal corners and self-tapping screws.
Bruggan and Legro plinths
Durable and hard-wearing, Bruggan and Legro skirting boards are designed specifically to enhance the terrace and make it perfect.
They are designed with invisible fixing and do not require any additional treatment.
The entire Bruggan and Legro colour palette matches the colours of the composite decking board, so you can pair the skirting board you need.
Clips
We offer several types of clips for terrace installation.
Stainless clips standard or starter, which are suitable for installation of any terrace board.
And also a unique Smart clip for the terrace board ‘Elegant’, which gives a unique opportunity to replace any board separately, without having to dismantle the whole terrace.
It is made of special stainless steel and has a clothes peg design, which makes it easy to fix the board in the grooves on both sides.
For this clip Bruggan has specially developed a self-tapping screw with a reduced head and a corresponding bit. The clip is suitable for fixing to aluminium, metal and wood joists.
Lags
The Woodplast range includes three types of joists, which are suitable for the installation of decking. All of them are made of strong and durable materials, which guarantees the reliability and stability of the construction.
The 40*30 composite lagging is an economical solution for structures on concrete bases with the right slope for water drainage. This lag provides reliable support for the deck, but it is not intended to be used as a load-bearing element.
Reinforced composite lag 53*43* is a strong lag that can be used as a supporting element with a distance between supports of 30-40 cm.
The reinforced screw fixing area increases the reliability of the structure, making it an excellent choice for more complex projects.
The 40*25 aluminium lagging is part of the Expert professional system. It is the strongest lag, allowing supports to be installed up to 80cm apart. Its compact dimensions make it ideal for environments with limited substructure height.
Adjustable pedestals
Several types of adjustable pedestals Standart and Raptor are the universal solution for ventilated terraces.
They allow you to adjust the height and make it possible to do so smoothly, using a nut, even with the terrace already installed.
STANDARD pedestals can be used for terraces of various types.
The pedestals from the Raptor series are designed for creating a platform on beams and levelling surface slopes. They are adjustable to an accuracy of 1 mm.
Thanks to their design, they can be used for terraces on wooden, aluminium or composite lags.
The wide base ensures the stability of the pedestal.
Thanks to the optional accessories, Raptor pedestals have a wide range of applications.
Steps
Bruggan Elegant steps – for a beautiful and functional terrace. They make installation easy and provide an excellent finishing accent.
The Bruggan step is designed to be combined with the Elegant decking board. Together they create a unified space and complement each other in detail.
The step is designed in such a way that it overhangs slightly. Thanks to this, the terrace stairs can be illuminated with LED strip, which is both functional and adds cosiness.
