In this laboratory, all input materials such as polymer flour and the various impurities that go into the composite decking are carefully controlled and tested. The inspection starts from the moment the raw material enters the factory and continues through all stages of production.
Each batch of decking passes through a multi-level quality control system.
At different stages of production, the composite is subjected to comprehensive checks to ensure that they meet strict standards.
One of the most important stages of testing is the use of a climatic chamber – in it the decking board is tested for resistance to various climatic conditions.
The board is then subjected to jam tests and load tests to assess its strength and durability.
These stringent quality control measures are necessary so that the Bruggan factory can confidently offer a 15 to 25 year warranty on its products.
